How we handle data, and how we govern AI.
Trust and accountability are two of the durable layers we build in. They apply to our own site as much as to the systems we ship.
Data we handle
This website does not run third-party advertising trackers or behavioural-profiling cookies. If you contact us by email, we use what you send only to respond and to scope potential work — never to train models, and never shared or sold to third parties.
Responsible AI commitments
These principles govern every system GoodCloud builds for a client:
- Human-in-the-loop. High-impact actions pause for explicit human approval before they execute.
- Least-privilege access. Every connected system receives the narrowest read/write scope it needs — nothing more.
- Complete audit logs. Inferences, tool calls and approvals are recorded in append-only logs.
- Approved sources only. Knowledge-based agents answer from verified, dated content and cite where the answer came from.
- No unauthorized commitments. Systems cannot make medical, legal, financial or pricing promises without human review.
- One-click rollback. Deployments and agent permissions can be reverted instantly to a known-good state.
AI access to this site
We publish a clear content-access policy for automated crawlers via
robots.txt and Cloudflare Content Signals:
Content-Signal: search=yes, ai-input=yes, ai-train=no
Search engines may index this site, and AI assistants may use it for real-time (RAG) answers — but using this content to train generative models is not permitted. This is an express reservation of rights under Article 4 of EU Directive 2019/790.
