Considered work. Clear responsibility.
A better result starts
with a clear agreement.
The work should make sense to the people who commission it and the people who run it. We make the problem, decisions and responsibilities clear from the start.
- 01
Establish the fit
We start with the business problem, your priorities and who owns the decision. A useful first conversation establishes whether GoodCloud is the right partner.
- 02
Understand the unknowns
Some projects can be scoped directly. More complex investigations may need separately scoped, paid discovery, with its purpose, deliverables and cost agreed before it begins.
- 03
Agree the work
A written agreement defines scope, approvals, payment terms, milestones, changes, responsibilities and acceptance. Assumptions and exclusions are made visible.
- 04
Build with review points
We work against the agreed scope, using appropriate review points. AI can support research and delivery; people remain responsible for judgement and consequential decisions.
- 05
Verify and accept
We check the agreed behaviour, content and experience. You review the work against the acceptance criteria before a release or handover is approved.
- 06
Make ownership clear
We hand over the agreed work and operating information. Maintenance, reporting, improvements and support are separate commitments with defined owners and scope.
A practical
commercial process.
Investment, timing and the right delivery shape depend on the work. We agree them in writing rather than publishing a universal package that ignores the problem.
Changes are discussed and agreed. Specialist assets, third-party services, licences and ongoing responsibilities are made explicit. Douw remains the accountable commercial owner.
