1. Who we are

GoodCloud.ai is operated by Good Cloud PTY LTD (Cape Town, South Africa).
Support: support@goodcloud.ai

2. How billing works

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on what you choose at checkout.

Payments may be processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Where Paddle is Merchant of Record, Paddle will appear on your statement and may issue receipts and process refunds back to the original payment method.

3. 14-day first-purchase refund window

If this is your first paid purchase of a GoodCloud subscription, you may cancel within 14 days of the initial charge and request a full refund, without giving a reason.

4. Renewals and ongoing subscription charges

Renewal payments are generally not refundable. Cancelling stops future renewals and does not automatically refund the current billing period.

We may refund renewal charges where there is a clear billing error (for example, a duplicate charge).

5. Non-refundable items

The following are not refundable:

  • Third-party fees we do not control (for example domain registration, licence fees, or services bought from other vendors)
  • Bank or transfer fees charged by your bank or payment provider
  • Charges linked to fraud, abuse, or a clear breach of our Terms of Service

6. Chargebacks

If you have a billing issue, contact us first. Chargebacks create extra costs and can delay resolution. We aim to resolve issues fairly through normal support channels.

7. How to request a refund

Email support@goodcloud.ai with:

  • Your account email
  • The invoice reference (from your receipt)
  • A short note that you are requesting a refund

If approved, refund timing depends on your payment method and bank.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows the current version.
